Which computers does MerneroStudio run on?
Windows and Mac. Exact system requirements: TBD. They will be listed on the Download page.
Is the download free?
Yes. MerneroStudio installs as the free version, with no time limit. Pro is turned on inside the same app when you subscribe.
Can I use MerneroStudio on a phone or tablet?
No. It is a desktop app for Windows and Mac.
Pro and billing
How do I get Pro?
Subscribe through Lemon Squeezy checkout on the Pricing page, then enter your license in MerneroStudio. Exact activation steps: TBD.
How much is Pro?
$9.99 a month plus the sales tax for your state. It is the only paid plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link: TBD). Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then MerneroStudio goes back to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Later monthly payments are not refunded. Choose “Refund request” in the form below. Full terms: Refund policy.
How many computers can I use Pro on?
Two. One subscription covers two computers.
Can I buy Pro outside the United States?
No. Pro is sold only to customers in the United States.
MERNERO AI
Do I need an API key?
No. MERNERO AI runs on your computer. If you want a cloud AI provider for the chat instead, you can add your own API key. That option is for users 18 and older.
Where is my API key stored?
In your system keychain: Keychain on Mac, Credential Manager on Windows.
Can I undo what MERNERO AI changed?
Yes. Every reply that changes your project has an Undo button.
Projects
What happens to my projects if Pro ends?
They stay on your disk. MerneroStudio goes back to Free, and Pro-only effects and models lock until you subscribe again. Models you downloaded stay on your computer.
