1. Who we are

These facts apply across our legal pages:

• MerneroStudio is made and sold by MERNERO LLC, a Texas limited liability company in the United States.
• MerneroStudio is offered only to customers in the United States.
• There is a free version and one paid plan, Pro, at $9.99 a month plus applicable sales tax.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase.

2. This website

• mernero.com has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies.
• Your browser stores one item in local storage, mernero.intro.seen, so the home page logo animation plays in full only on your first visit. It never leaves your browser. Clear your browser’s site data to remove it.
• The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.
• The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form on our Support page, we receive your name, your email address, the topic and your message. Netlify stores the submission, and a notification is forwarded to our support inbox. We use it only to answer you.

4. Purchases

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record. They collect and process your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. From Lemon Squeezy we receive what we need to provide Pro, such as your name, email address, state or country, order and subscription status and license details. We never receive your full card number.

5. MerneroStudio on your computer

• Your projects, recordings and exports are saved on your computer.
• MERNERO AI runs on your computer. Its analysis functions, stem separation, tempo and key detection, pitch analysis and mix analysis, run locally.
• Whether any audio is ever sent off your computer, for any feature: TBD.
• License check: to confirm Pro and the 2-computer limit, the app contacts our license service. Exact data sent (for example license key and a device identifier) and how often: TBD.
• Updates: how the app checks for updates and what it sends: TBD.
• Online MERNERO AI features for Pro accounts, if any, and the data they use: TBD.

6. Cloud AI providers you connect

If you add your own API key for a cloud AI provider, the chat messages you send and the project details needed to answer them go to that provider, under its terms and privacy policy. We do not receive that traffic. Your API key is stored in your system keychain. This option is for users 18 and older.

7. Children

mernero.com is not directed to children under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 can use MerneroStudio with MERNERO AI on their computer only, not with a cloud AI provider. Parental consent and age rules

8. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers named on this page (Netlify, Lemon Squeezy) to run the site, the form and payments, or when the law requires it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you through the contact form. State privacy rights that may apply: TBD.

10. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers. License tokens are signed, and the app does not contain our secret keys.
