Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for the Pro subscription. The Free version costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

1. First payment: 14 days, no questions asked

If Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first monthly payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. This applies to the first payment only.

2. Later payments

Monthly payments after the first one are not refunded. You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then MerneroStudio goes back to Free. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

Attorney review: no-partial-refund rule and state law exceptions. TBD.

3. How to ask for a refund

Send the contact form on our Support page with the topic “Refund request” and the email address you used at checkout. Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

4. After a refund

When your first payment is refunded, Pro ends and MerneroStudio goes back to Free. Your projects stay on your computer. Pro-only features and models lock.
